SAFETY PROGRAM

We believe all accidents are preventable and that sacrificing safety for the sake of expediency is not acceptable under any circumstances. We comply with all state and federal regulations and always wear personal protective equipment on site.

In addition, each year our management and field employees do Safety and Leadership training to stay up to date on safety procedures and best practices in all aspects of the construction process.  While no set of safety regulations, regardless of integrity, can guarantee prevention in all situations, the following initiatives are part of our safety plan:

HAZARD ANALYSIS & EQUIPMENT CHECK-UP

All potential hazards are addressed immediately to keep crews safe and prevent project delays.  Our safety team, superintendents and crew members are tasked with being able to identify and eliminate hazards to ensure the safety of everyone on the jobsite.

SAFETY MEETING

Daily safety meetings keep our crews informed and accountable before they go on the job, complete with printed sheets detailing the day’s goals, tasks and safety tip of the day. More in-depth safety topics are covered every week, with each worker acknowledging their compliance in writing. Each job is tracked to ensure all company policies and industry regulations are properly followed.
